This review is for the Dark Copper boots.

The first time that I wore these was on a very long walk in the forest. In fact, this was the reason I bought them - I don't have horses or ride, but I do go for long walks in the forest and at this time of the year I was looking for something separarte to my hiking boots so that I could go along muddier tracks without getting my jeans covered in mud too. But, I didn't want to compromise on comfort. Before purchasing these, I looked at the reviews for a number of different wellies. These seemed to be the perfect ones which I was looking for - the reviews said that they were comfortable enough to walk in them for a long distance, whilst also being sturdy and waterproof. They also look very nice too; very smart. I am very happy with them - the first time I wore them they didn't rub.
Just one note on sizing - I went up one size from my normal shoe size (as I do with hiking boots).

This was the second pair of Toggi boots I have purchased and I am happy with these. After reading some of the reviews advising to go a size up, I purchased a 5.5.However when they arrived they felt more like a 6 and were too big.I tried thick socks but I wasn't going to get away with it.I returned to Amazon without a problem and exchanged them for the 5.They are a perfect fit now but they do take a bit of breaking in.I did have a blister although I had worn them for a long walk with out noticing till the following day.I think in time they will be a very comfortable boot.
They look fab on.Simple but stylish and look great with jeans.I bought them to walk the dog so it's a change from the usual wellies.

Excellent value for money, I was looking for a sturdy pair of boots to keep my feet dry and comfortable while walking my dogs in all sorts of weather and places ( muddy woods etc).
I would definately recommend you buy these.

Disappointed with these boots. I have a pair of toggi Canyons that I love for riding but wanted more traction for walking. I normally wear a size 39 but my canyons are size 38 and fit pretty well. Tried size 38 in these and they were unbearably small. Went up to a size 39 which I thought was ok at first but after 2 months have become so loose I have to wear 2 pairs of socks to make them wearable. The foot part is perfect but my heel slides up and down way too much. They are warm enough with one pair of socks so 2 is quite hot!
Besides sizing they are also not nearly as waterproof as my canyons are. The water just rolls of the canyons, but these the water soaks into the leather.
Traction is pretty good and I like the look of them but wish I had gone with the quebecs as they probably fit closer to the canyons.

These boots are comfortable and waterproof, up until the moment that both soles split across the ball of the foot. Only suitable for fashion and light wear. Don't expect them to last, even for £100.

Despite agreeing that the product was faulty, and seeing photographic evidence of the problem Hunter Equestrian have declined to replace the boots. On their advice I sent them back using their preferred courier method, which I assumed was secure. When they failed to arrive they denied any responsibility. Royal Mail also deny responsibilty. So I'm down £100.

Buy from a shop.

They arrived just in time for the snow. I took them out of the box and, after oohing and ahhhing about how good they looked, thought to myself: "Blimey, they look tough. I bet it's going to be crippling breaking them in." Not a bit of it - I wore them practically all day on that first day, walking the dogs, going to the shops in all the snow and slush, and they were comfortable right from the off.

I'm going to make sure I put the right water-proofing stuff on them and take good general care as I want these boots to last a long, long time.

My beloved Welligogs finally gave up after daily wear for 3 years, so I was forced to shop for more - however, nearly had a heart attack at the £180 price tag!

Searched for an alternative and very glad I did - my new Toggis arrived the next day, and are every bit as comfy, warm and stylish - and almost half the price!

Very impressed so far - they have the same waterproof membrane to keep the wet out and the warmth in and they look great. I'm a size 40 and ordered a 6, and they fit perfectly.
