Best resistance band to you improve in your sport

Since I started using the kinetic band I have seen so much improvement in coordination, balance, reaction and best of all my speed. I will recommend this to anyone who wants to improve in their sport, if you use it in one month you will see so much improvement in your body, you your self will not believe it, your legs will be faster and your movement will be different. I use the kinetic band when am doing my football drill, but you can used it for rugby training, basketball training, and the best of all tennis training.
