Great Printer - shame about the wifi
on 4 October 2013
Overall, this is a really good printer, producing great prints on a variety of media - plain paper is not so good for images, but not bad. If you use Epson's inkjet paper, you can get some stunning results. It's good value for money, in my opinion, and it wasn't that long ago that an A3 printer would have cost at least twice as much.
Now the down side... Wifi performance is hopeless. I've had several occasions where I've nearly been tearing my hair out trying to get it to connect - and on other occasions it works with no problem. I have no resorted to plugging the USB cable into my Airport Express and using wireless printing that way. The installation software is a bot old hat too... not the easiest if you are a tech dummy like me.
Overall, if wireless printing is not a priority, this is the printer for you, if it is, look elsewhere.
