As long as you read the instruction properly you will find this is a great bit of kit for the money!!
I bought one for me and one for my wife for our mountain bikes, and they are just as effective and accurate as the cateye computers we have on our road bikes, which I paid £40.00 each for.
Excellent value!!!!

Hi, very good unit and easy to fit. You have to play with it and get to know what it will do. Easy to remove and take with you when leaving your cycle anywhere. A similar set up from Halfords would cost £9.00 > £12.00. I have recommended it to several friends already.

Delivery from Hong Kong/China took under 10 Days.,
I purchased this for use on a Normal 26" Road Bike and the nearest High Street price was at a certain German Supermarket chain. With similar Bike Shop prices and Argos costing about three times as much for a I.M.O.O. Smiilar comparable quality product.?

Overall Construction of the product is fine for a Normal Road Bike.? But I.M.O.O. Probably Not suitable or Durable enough for Off Road Bike Useage.? In particular I would recommend using some Stronger Cable Ties for the Sender Units Attachment to the Bike Forks than those supplied by seller.?

Overall Opinion of Product: Very Good Value for Money.

Well what can I say, I was sceptical to say the least, well, having received this little device via China, about one week to Guernsey, I set it up and what a brilliant little piece of kit this is. Please disregard any negative comments here, take the time, about 15 minutes total to set this up correctly and you will be so pleased. It's amazing for less than a fiver, I am going to order another two. Brilliant really brilliant, clear precise and all rather clever. I LOVE IT!

Didn't come with any instructions and it's in Chinese on the screen! Useless, and you'll have to pay for P&P to get a refund

This is a super piece of kit for measuring your bike speed, distance covered, average speed etc and it is reliable. The hardest task is setting it up initially and calculating the wheel coefficient (ie diameter of wheel x pi) which is worth noting down because inputted data is lost when the battery is changed. After setting it a few times, it becomes second nature and takes only a minute for subsequent setting-up and then you're away. It's fun to use and, for the less fit such as myself, it's good to see my distance increasing daily while also being encouraged to go a little further on each trip.

I've used mine in a light shower but I'm doubtful whether the handlebar unit would withstand a thorough British winter drenching. I get around this by removing it from the handlebars and popping it into my pocket where it still receives a signal from the transmitter unit on the fork.

I note some reviewers didn't get a reading from their unit - nor did I initially but this was my own fault. I'd incorrectly fitted it with the spoke magnet pointing away from the receiver unit on the fork! Once I realised I turned it around and it worked perfectly and has done ever since.

A good buy.

I WAS NOT EXPECTING MUCH FOR THE MONEY BUT I WAS PLESENTLY SUPPRISED HOW GOOD IT WAS, RECOMEND TO ANYONE IF YOU WANT A FUNCTIONAL CHEAP BIKE COMPUTER.

After MUCH study I decided on this one, as it had everything I wanted. Before I ordered I contacted them with a couple of techie questions and received super-fast reply. I cannot recommend CALTRAD highly enough. The level of customer service is above and beyond anything you'll get from anywhere else. It's very rare these days to find a business which puts customer satisfaction so much to the fore and as such I feel he has more than earned my loyalty.

Item-wise, this thing is awesome. You must be patient and read the instruction fully. Mount as instructed, then it will work perfect. While you are fitting make sure you are using bit of own creativity ie: slightly turn the sensor to get closer to magnet (so magnet will pass at 1mm gap). Fine tune few time, then you are done.
Well done with supplying this cost effective product.

I have many cycle computers , even have them fitted to my motorbikes, but this model ranks among the best,
I know if its calibrated correctly as I have an accurate mile distance set up, it was 20 feet out at the mile post , so I reduced the circumference figure by 2 and got it spot on,the sensor is so easy to adjust on Suntour forks,

Doesn't work at anything like the range claimed. More false advertising on Amazon (aren't there laws about that anymore?) Don't buy unless the transmitter will be less than 500mm from the receiver.
