Started malfunctioning 2 soon
on 23 May 2014
I was not impressed with the phone from the start. Quite old-fashioned design, which would not have bothered me that much, but soon more important problems became apparent: the memory is tiny, getting phone numbers on the 'phone book' or minute 'barred list' is a very cumbersome process, and there is no option of checking, for example, the date & duration of the last call made.
Worst of all, just over 1 year after purchase, both handsets started dying when the speaker button was pressed, which resulted in most of my calls being cut off! And now they simply go completely dead even when fully charged, so I cannot use them unless I travel to the base unit to plug the handset in - which completely defeats the purpose of having a cordless phone in the first place.
So my advice is, if you buy these sets keep your purchase receipt and any guarantees, you might need them much sooner than you think.
