Missing the basics

This DVD assumes a certain level of fitness, excellent balance and the ability to be able to maintain a solid core and a flat back.. Sadly with a bottom one dress size bigger than my top I have always struggled with the latter two. Despite the fact that I regularly work out 3-4 times per week, I ended up with lower back pain after about 10 minutes of both videos. An extra session on the DVD explaining correct posture to safely carry out the exercises would be a major help. Looks like a good intense workout, however, if you already have the skills required.
