Fascinating history of successful start ups, I like the concepts but as usual the practical application of such methods are often glazed over as there is normally a unique approach to every situation.

This book will fundamentally change the way you design software products. The book contains honest anecdotes about the good and bad attempts and provides great guidance on how to do more of the good!

The concepts in this book are changing how start up businesses are organised and planned. As with many such theories, once you understand it, it seems like common sense. Its just that nobody was working and thinking this way before.

Also check out Steve Blank's work which was foundational for this. (The four steps to the Epiphany).
You tube has some great interviews and talks by both Eric Ries and Steve Blank which provide a good introduction and background.

Well written with good examples, this is one of the best books explaining how a team should create their product, constantly getting feedback from the users and pivot accordingly.
