Having picked up this figure today, basically, Sentinal Prime is a American city firetruck for a vehicle mode. Thou these are refered to by Hasbro as "commander" figures, they are just scout sized figures so expect them to be bigger than the Legends but smaller than a deluxe.

The robot mode looks a lot like the Sentinal Prime that's coming up in the Dark of the Moon movie. Weapons, he comes with a twin blade lance thing and a shield, the weapons are stored in vehicle mode easily. Transformation is relatively simple, he can hold both his shield and lance in either hands but I think evenly how they go in and out will break the hands if done to much by a child, but that's my view.

Overall, I think this would make a desent figure to give to a child who has never played with a transformer before or a neat gift if your looking for a small TF to give or not to expensive! Lastly, his back opens up into the first cape transformer toy in about six years, the last being Vector prime from the Cybertron line back in 2005.

The down side to this figure is his arms, unlike most of the figure on ball joints, these have metal pins to give his elbows movement and so holding up his shield causes his arm to invert at least on mine.

Final thoughts:
He's kind of cute, simple and better looking than the resent Power Core combiners, plus cheeper than buying a pack that has only one true transformer and four silly pointless drones, this Cyberverse figure is worth picking up in my view!

Bought this on behalf of Grandparents for my 10yr old son. He loves transformers and lego, so it was a big hit! He put it together easily by himself in robot form. As yet hasn't got bored enough to try transforming it into the vehicle so can't comment how easy this is...

I thought this would transform from one character to the other. It sort of does, but you have to basically take it apart and rebuild. I would describe it as 2 things from the same bricks.

My child is enjoying playing with his new transformer, he has many of them. He likes working out how to transform them, starting slowly and then getting much faster.
