Amazing insight to the human body and its capabilities....simple methodical and practical....live this as I'm a personal trainer too, I can definitely use some of the basic moves that have been forgotten with our progress

I felt like I was reading a dissertation of a sports student. the whole book is like one big quotation of other books. its not to informative. there is nothing catchy in the text. most of the 'special' exercises can be found over the web. it is actually borring.
Waste of time and money.

A very interesting book. it made me go out and look at the five finger shoes they mention and i have bought a pair. they look funny but your feet feel marveless in them. I have had fun trying out the excerises.

good ideas pehaps but i cant really tell you if they work as i am incidentally covering most of the techniques in my training anyway.

Personally i would save your money.

Maybe look into something by pavel tsatouline or gray cook
