These tins on their current offer (06/02/2012 - £5.20) are exceptionally good value for what you get! Alone, the 'Black & White' booster pack will set you back £2.99.. It's also 2.99 for a pack of emerging powers, in this box, you get two! Finally a bonus pack - from 4 boxes we received all HG/SS Boosters (currently unavailable from Amazon, but sold at £3.33..) So value wise.. Amazing!

The product itself is exactly what you'd want to be for creating a more in-depth deck of cards. As it says in the description it's not a deck on it's own, but one SET foil card and 4 booster packs!
We had a lot of fun opening them to find a load of random cards and rare cards! The tin is fairly small and lightweight, durable and easily stored.. You can also remove the plastic inside to store a 60 deck of cards, making it a handy carry case if you don't already have one.
The only downside we found was after ordering 4 boxes, and a friend ordering 2: we didn't manage to get the Emboar tin (one shown).. So just be closely aware of the 'random tin' in the description, as not to get any specific hopes up on obtaining them all.
Other than that, I can only easily recommend it as a brilliant and easy gift for any Pokémon fan!

Purchased for my 8 year old son who is pokemon daft.Loved the product,and would have given it the full 5 star rating if I had been allowed to choose the colour.Was hoping for red but got green,a colour which he had already,which does put me off ordering future products that are "chosen at random."

It was cheap and came with 4 packs so was better to buy than 4 packs individually. Also got the promo which is a plus.

Great value tins these, far cheaper than buying the boosters separately.
I love card games, and in case you don't know, the Pokemon Trading Card game is excellent. Normal play, however, does not involve any trading and is a great (and subtle) way to help my girls (7 and 9) learn to read and count (though the counting help was a few years ago now).
Top stuff.

In each of the 3 tins you could get, there is one Black and White booster pack, two Black and White Emerging Powers packs, and a bonus pack of HS Undaunted or HS Triumphant cards. In addition to this, you get a Emboar, Serperior or Samurott figurine along with a promo card of the same type, and the tin is styled after the pokemon you recieve aswell.

This product would be worth it if you only recieved the booster packs, as you are receiving 4 packs which basically retail at at least £3.00 each, for £5.00 (ish, and that's currently as of 09/02/2012, but even at the suggested RRP which is greater, it is still worth it) for all of it.

The tin is pretty durable, and useful for storing cards. If the tin were to be dropped, it is very unlikely it would be damaged in any way.

With each tin and black/white booster pack, you also get an online code if you wish to use it, to play with your new cards with others around the world.

I'd also like to mention that when I ordered two of this product at the same time, they included different tins so as not to be repetetive. Although this is not a guarentee, the customer service of Amazon.co.uk continues to shine through.

In summary, this product is worth the price, especially while it is on sale, and you should take advantage of it while you can.

My son has been collected the cards for awhile and kept losing some, so now he has a tin he takes time to make sure they all go back into the tin. It's good quality and looks great, just what he wanted.

Bought this for my sons who were swept up in the latest craze. Packs £3.49 each in the shops! This was a real bargain and did not disappoint. Deals like this are usually too good to be true..This one is bona fide. Buy it!!

In this tin u only get 4 booster packs but in the original one u get 5 booster packs so i don't recommend u buy this buy its ok!
