Ok, it takes a few hours of practice but then is showtime! You can easily manoeuvre with this little one, it's very well controllable with the flight deck/iPhone. Controls work perfect and smooth.
Gained my sons absolute admiration when landing the heli on his Playmobil villa's balcony after 3 days of practice!

This is a great little product. You need to get the settings right - make sure you put it on advanced user - as this gives more flexibility. On basic level -i had the same issue as the other reviewer - where the product is less responsive and goes around in circles. However, once i put it on to advanced it was super! The control of the product is fantastic! There is great speed and it is good fun. Though you might have several crashes, the helicopter seems to take the impact well. There is also some spare choppers in case you have a major crash!

I would recommend strongly. Though it might take you a while to perfect - once you have it right, it is very addictive!

This was a toy for my hubby and he loves. A bit difficult to control but I think practise will solve this. Quick delivery service.

... poorly implemented. The controls are clunky and have an inherent delay. Makes flying a very erratic and not enjoyable experience. It could be seen as a bit of a novelty but it won't take long before the kids and their friends are unimpressed. All in all, a waste of money. The traditional RC one we got for our other kid for the same money is far better.

This has certainly got me hooked on mini helicopters, but I'm not too happy with its robustness. The tail motor assembly broke in a crash and it's irreplaceable. There are some real control issues with the copter, with fairly poor response making it far harder to fly than it should be. Furthermore, Ars Technica also gave a medium review, finding it too hard to control. This makes me wonder at the quality of the software and the transmitter. The IR unit isalso large, and needs batteries. I'm looking at getting the i-Helicopter Lightspeed now which generally has good reviews, and is in fact the later model of the Helo TC

It froze all the time, the contoles are slow and i Used it twice then It broke it kept on turning on and off and spinning in circles !!!!!!!!!!

I bought this product on offer as a treat as my sister had a similar one and it was great fun. This came as a surprise, yes it runs of you iphone but you need 4 AAA batteries to power the unit that sends the signal from the iphone to the helicopter. In theroy a great helicopter and idea but its costing me a fortune in AAA batteries.
