As someone who has suffered a fear of heights since being a young age (im now 29) I found this book very interesting and useful.

It gives different scenarios of people who suffer from the same fear, I found this very useful as it doesnt only focus on people who suffer a fear of tall buildings, it focuses on a wider range of this fear, including driving over bridges or standing on balconies etc.
It gives a background on how your fear may have started, this helps you to understand it and makes you ready to move onto the next step of overcoming it.
It gives lots of tips and ideas on how to help yourself overcome your fear and talks about exposure, this is where you repeatedly expose yourself to your fear step by step gradually gaining the confidence to overcome it.
It helps you to understand your thoughts and challenge them in order to cope with fearful situations.

This book has been very useful to myself and I would certainly recommend purchasing this book if you have some sort of fear involing heights.
