3.0 out of 5 stars National Geographic Space Mobile
Got this for just over 10 on Amazon when Argos wanted 35. It's certainly worth 10 as it looks good when assembled and fitted to the ceiling (kids bedroom). The light works well in a darkened room, and could be used as a nightlight if it wasn't for the loud motor/gearing noise when the spacecraft are turning. The light works well in a darkened room, and could be used as a nightlight if it wasn't for the loud motor/gearing noise when the spacecraft are turning. You can't have the light or motion on their own, but it may be possible to open it up and disconnect the motor and use it as a static nightlight. The remote control is a single button start/stop, so ideal for kids - it also has an on/off switch on the unit itself for parents.

Does what it says but needs Adult to build and display
Bit fragile when handled by 8 yr old but ideal for children mad on space and the remote control is a nice touch

Bought in the sale for 7.99 and porbably worth that much but would not pay near the RRP... it rotates (but too noisy to leave on while sleeping) and lights up... the globe in the middle is rather unrealistic. The little space rockets/shuttles look quite realistic though.
My son likes the mobile but does not clamour to switch it on - he prefers the light up moon he has on the wall which changes phases with the ress of a button.
