I ordered the 'G' version as originally advertised but received the 'F'. I think a lot of people may have been duped if my experience is anything to go by - the outer wrapping says that the model is the 'G' version, however, one needs to check the label on the actual filter to see what you have really got. The 'F' version that I received was a genuine part but it wasn't the more expensive 'G' version that I had paid for. I've received a refund from Amazon and have noticed that the product description has now been changed to 'G or F - what you get is a surprise chosen by the supplier' or something along those lines. This is pretty useless if you spent £1,500 on a Samsung fridge which came with a 'G' filer and the instruction book says to replace with a 'G' filter.

these filters are the old type, still fit and work but not the advertised filters. The new ones are supposed to be improved so I am not happy to have been sent the old ones.
I assumed when i received them that they were what was ordered and did not check. Just got this e-mail asking me to rate my purchase and realised I have been sent the old filters!!

I am sure that the filters and the company are perfectly ok but the online ordering for fridge filters is not.
I entered the correct details / model no for the fridge and was given these as the filter choice however they are not compatible and do not fit the receptacle so after much huffing and puffing and trying to force the filter into its rightful place, I have returned them in the hope that I will receive replacement filters that are compatible with no extra charge.
The return process was very straight forward, but there is no tracking for how the exchange is going so I am in limbo and still unable to use the water filter on the fridge

These filters haven't lasted long at all. I had to replace one after only 2 months as the water tasted of salt. The other one has barely lasted 5 months and water now tastes of salt too. I have had my fridge for 5 years and have never had this problem! Will not be ordering these again and will be looking for the updated model. If these are the older model, then they are overpriced and useless!
Very disappointed with the product for a "genuine Samsung" filter!!

I received a different model no but didn't realise. We opened one and had trouble connecting it. Emailed the company who said that they had sent a replacement model, the one I ordered wasn't available anymore. I replied stating I could still purchase it from Samsung and as we had used one how much would it be if I returned the second. Eventually they said I could return one but never gave me a price for one.
Needless to say I will not be purchasing anymore. I expect to receive the model no I ordered. I will pay the extra and purchase directt from Samsung in future.

Wrong items sent - and as they were not Amazon products I have to re-order when I check to see if the funds have been put back into my Account.
I thought I was buying from Amazon - really disappointing with this and the after sales performance. Thought Amazon could have resolved this internally but no, its down to me to wait for re-disbursement and then re-order plus I am asked these questions when I have already responded to this.

I ordered the 2 pack of the Samsung water filters DA29-00003g/f for our American fridge freezer.
Unfortunately when the package arrived it only contained one filter, not the two.

Once again however Amazon customer service are the stars of the show.
Within minutes using the call back service the problem has been rectified.
Hats off to you Amazon for great customer service.

The filter itself, does the job - provides 6 mths of cold filtered water for us, no issues - 4 stars.
The two pack filters, well with only one arriving I can't go above - 1 star

Well; I thought I was being clever by buying 2 of these and having a spare in stock. Not a success; the first filter barely lasted 5 months- (the one fitted as new made nearly a year) and the second one doesn't fit. The plastic case is deforming and if I force it I fear I'll wreck an expensive fridge.
And I don't seem to be able to make a claim on the warranty. So I'll physically go to the supplying store and buy one at a time in future- they are £25 each and I'm disinclined to waste money again.

I had a hard job finding you in Amazon since I last purchased. The Amazon program kept offering every imaginable vendor except yourselves. It was only when I was about to click to buy from another resource that I noticed a small ad for you and ( sigh of relief ! ) I ordered and you shipped and I'm a happy customer !!
