A very practical step by step manual for how to market your products or services, saving the neeed for expensive agencies or consultants. Especially powerful is the marketing planning guide - it's all stuff that's commonsense but probably too frequently overlooked.

Nothing in here that's revolutionary, but it's been a great dip-in dip-out reference for me. Some of the best reference books simply reiterate what you're already aware of, and this is certainly one of the best marketing books I have in my library.

This is the only one you'll ever need.

After starting a new business this guide has become invaluable. It displays a clear, concise way to market depending on you business or service that you offer. I would recommend this to anyone who is new to marketing as its very insightful.

It leaves a confident mindset behind any doubts or confusion in a marketing strategy. After reading this I was confident in what I was doing. Would recommend to anyone looking to start a business or join a marketing team.

Not read all of the book yet, but so far it been easy to read, far from dry and boring that some business books can be. Picked up a few good idea's and I expect that this will carry on as I progress through the book

I have been looking for a marketing book pitched at the new small business start up level. This book is perfect and is full of tips and suggestions on each and every page. Well written and easy to read.

This book makes for essential reading for small businesses, packed with relevant ideas and guidance.
The masterclasses are enlightening: the pricing and audit reviews particularly.

Great for me starting into the world of Web SEO. Got great ideas and felt this was different from the rest out there. You can dip in and out of the chapters you need.
