I did not realise that Urea is one of the worst ingredients in skin care and for eczema
on 20 June 2015
I have used Salcura for about 7 months now, I did not realise that Urea is one of the worst ingredients in skin care and for eczema. I have suffered with eczema most of my life,I changed my diet at the same time of buying Salcura (cut out gluten/wheat/eggs/dairy/refined sugars/non organic produce/alcohol). So my skin should've been perfect, but as I kept using Salcura it would moisturize for a few hours but then my skin would be completely dry. My chemist recommended me this and to use it for a few months to see the benefits. Salcura has worsened my skin, causing my to have contact dermatitis from the urea and other ingredients in Salcura. Yes it gives you a supple feeling at the start but that is from the urea coating the surface of the skin whilst allowing the other harmful chemicals in salcura to penetrate deeper and therefore encourages you to keep buying again and again. Do not get sucked into 'natural' terminology as it does not state is it organic, nor approved by the soil association. Do not use this product as you'll end like I have with worsened sensitive skin, contact dermatitis, wounds that took longer to heal.I am now using Green People Organic Childrens aloe vera lotion & after sun and I am on my way to repairing what Salcura damaged. I prefer to buy childrens lotion's on green people as they are cheaper and do not contain benzyl alcohol.
