Well if your looking at this, you obviously know a bit about Romeos daughter?

So not got this in your collection?....WHY?

Excellent 1993(my god that long since) follow-up to Romeos first, self titled album.

These guys (and gal) can rock....Tracks one & two confirm that!!
They can also ballad with the best of them as the brilliant 'sugar daddy' confirms.

Nice to see this group enjoying a bit of a resurgence over the last couple of years...It's no more than they deserve!

Superb,Fantastic...Utterly brilliant!

4.0 out of 5 stars Great UK AOR Band, 28 April 2014

I have only been getting into 80's Female fronted AOR & Rock over the last few years and finally got round to adding this CD Album to my collection having already bought Witness, Vixen, Heart, 1994, Toronto, Lee Aaron, Allison, Saraya, Femme Fatale, Siren, Fiona & Steffanie.

Leigh Matty's breathy vocals are certainly a little different to some of the other singers but she fits in very well with what I liked already. I really liked the two lead off tracks "Have Mercy" & "Attracted to the Animal" The change of pace to the Ballad "Nobody Like You" was nice, and then back to some cool rocking with "Nothing But Love" I was not much into "Treat me Like Lady" but found "Sugar Daddy" to be very refreshingly different and very interesting. "Dream in Colour was not bad, but I could not really get into "Dancing Slow" but I very much liked the bonus Track "Talk Dirty to Me".

Overall the musicianship was very good and the song writing too & and Leigh Matty's Vocals were great. A Welcome addition to my collection !!

Hard to believe that Romeo's Daughter didn't make it. Delectable builds on the beauty of the debut and stands well in comparison. Together with this years Rapture Romeo's Daughter have a track record to rival anyone who marries melody, hooks and great songwriting with high quality musicianship (is there such a word?).
