5.0 out of 5 stars All His Own Work
This self-styled-written-produced little wonder is a gift.
Wiley (Richard Cowie) keeps his hands firmly on the wheel
and delivers one of the finest rap/grime(ish)/uplifting
albums of the year so-far. It's not just the beats (which

1.0 out of 5 stars not for REAL rap fans.
If you enjoy lazy lyrics and catchy hooks, buy this album.
However, if you (like me) enjoy real rap where its about real things and complicated lyrics then do not buy.
If I were you, I would check out PREF1X (on facebook or youtube)... you can download his 21 track mixtape for FREE and it is so much better than this!

Save some money, and some time.

This self-styled-written-produced little wonder is a gift.
Wiley (Richard Cowie) keeps his hands firmly on the wheel
and delivers one of the finest rap/grime(ish)/uplifting
albums of the year so-far. It's not just the beats (which
are wildly inventive) or the sharp, staccato rhyming (and
this guy can certainly pack the words in tight); it's more
to do with the lightness of touch with which he pulls it off.

Mr Cowie has an innate musicality which permeates every one
of the thirteen songs in this collection; none moreso than the
marvellous 'Wise Man and His Words', a curious amalgam of English
classical romanticism in the limpid piano lines; whopping great
beats which rattle your knees and a shrewdly poetic vocal line
which dances wildly on top like heavy rain on a tin roof.

'Up There', too, is suffused with dreamy synth chords which soften
the edges and contradict the flow of an otherwise hard-edged song.

Title track '100% Publishing' is a sweeping, swooping, noisy tour de
force! 'One Hit Wonder' is virtually impossible to keep still to as
well as being very funny and final track 'To Be Continued' leaves us
in little doubt that Mr Cowie is it it for the long haul.

For my money, however, 'Boom Boom Da Na' is the irrsistible fast
beating heart of the album. A track so infectious it's dangerous!

On this showing Wiley may well endear himself to a wider audience.
That he has done so without compromising his vision is commendable.

Highly Recommended.

5.0 out of 5 stars Wiley is dope!, 14 Jan 2014
This review is from: 100% Publishing (Audio CD)
Wiley has done the best with this album. The guy that put one star clearly doesn't understand the difference between Grime and Rap. So obviously if he hasn't listened to Grime he doesnt know what he's talking about. Wiley is one of the best grime artists and this CD is awesome!

5.0 out of 5 stars Wiley Done It Again, 30 July 2011
This review is from: 100% Publishing (Audio CD)
Great piece of work, 100% Wiley on this CD, from the production to the verses & catchy choruses. Wiley is one of Englands super talents he has his own Genre of music (Grime) & this disc Shows exactly why he is head & shoulders above & still as relevant as all the other big name Grime Artists that are around today. Props to the Godfather
