Good sequel that was worth reading
on 30 June 2013
I could not wait to read this after "He Loves Me Not" and I found this to be a good read overall. The story picks up straight off from the end of "He Loves Me Not", so it is advised that you do read the first part of the story to understand the main characters and why Lily (who is trying to reinvent herself as Kate) is in the situation that she is. Like the first story, this is a comfortable read where you can easily read half the book in one sitting and is difficult to put down. There are new friends for Lily to get to know, although she is trying to maintain the lies she has told to explain her situation. Also, she is trying to stop Trevor from finding out where she is. My one issue is that the ending felt a bit rushed, but all in all, it is a good sequel and was worth paying for to find out what had become of Lily and Trevor. I will be looking to see what else the author has to offer at some point.
