This bag is a little different to the usual Kiplings,the material is a lovely vibrant red, it is softer than the standard kipling material and the lining is a lovely red/dark grey animal print. The style / shape of the hermine is perfect for a shoulder bag and feels very comfortable to wear. Sizewise this is a very capacious bag even without the expander zips undone and will easily hold a small jacket or cardigan in addition to the usual things i carry. There is 1 large zipped interior pocket + 2 quite deep outside pockets, inside there are 2 pen pockets + 1 drop pocket but no key fob which i do miss - personally i find the inside pocket too shallow for my phone, after a finding it in the bottom of the bag several times i now use one of the outside pockets as a phone pocket and pop my keys in the other so they are easy to find.Apart from having to get use to my phone and keys not being in their usual kipling place i am very pleased with the Hermine and will be keeping an eye open for the other colours on Amazon/Javari as the prices are so good - the RRP is £90

This is my third Kipling bag and has lived up to expectations. It is a larger size than my previous bag and is perfect for work to carry text books and or my iPad in its case - just what I needed. Plenty of pockets and very roomy, it sits nicely on the shoulder. The zips add a little extra and have caught my colleagues eye! I've even just bought a second one in black as the red was so gorgeous but showed too many marks for everyday - it washed ok though and I did completely wet it - none of this sponging with a damp cloth business!!

I bought this bag for my wife in the Boxing Day (week) sale - as such it was a bargain. It is quite a big bag, well stitched from quality material. The centre zip can be undone to enlarge the bag slightly, which is a useful feature. My wife has 3 Kipling handbags, a small one, this one and an even bigger one so, hopefully, she is equipped for all occasions! I would have given this bag 4 stars if I had paid the full price (if only because it would then cost more than the new fishing rod I lust after!!!). Recommended!

Really pleased with the purchase good size and lots of room inside the bag would recommend this bag also like the pockets on the front.

Yet another fab Kipling bag. Recently I have been in favour of their handbags with options of both grab handles and shoulder straps so that you can us it both ways. However, getting this on the deals price was well worth it. Only a shoulder bag & the strap is not adjustable, but more than made up by the sheer simplicity & clean lines of this bag. Nice & big, will probably hold a lot,. As usual will only be as heavy as what you put into it. That's the real beauty of Kipling, the bags are light, rugged, easy to maintain & keep clean, always look good & absolutely on trend. With this one I like the silver metal monkey, as opposed to the furry ones. All in all, you will not be disappointed with this bag.

I ordered tis bag on deal of the day not expecting for one minute to recieve such a pretty roomy bag, this is a perfect work bag i love it.

Lovely bag - especially at the sale price. Thrilled to bits with it. Holds my new Kindle Fire with room to spare.

I have many (some would say too many) kipling bags and this is the first one I've had to return because it seemed to be made from inferior materials, one of the great things about this brand is the zips, big, chunky and sturdy, on this bag they seemed to be bog standard metal teeth variety and the zip pulls were pressed metal also, the bag was a decent size but the design had no "wow" factor, I expect more for my money than I was getting with this bag and with kipling I normally get it. Thank goodness for "Amazon's" brilliant returns policy.
