It is a good simple and very informative book.
I follow the instructions of two basic exercises and develop them further..

great book to have for reference if you are into training with out weights goes nicely with convict conditioning, it is great

not exactly what i wanted but was a worth while read it had some good tips for when i cant get to the gym or when i'm at work.

I looked the guy up, he is born in 1969 and claimed to have been a Soviet Special Forces trainer in the 1980's.... so he he trained special forces when he was between the age of 11 and 21... given that the average Russian special forces are of the age 23 to 30 ... I doubt it very much. Biggest BS seller ever. Dont let yourself be fooled people!!!!
