There was no electrical continuity between the wristband and the alligator clip. Nor in the test lead between the Test lead prong and the push-on connector. It was totally useless and would cost more than its value to return - so I have 'binned' it out of hand. Michael UK

Wireless version WILL NOT WORK!!
Guys, it's impossible to use a wireless wristband to remove static electricity from your body down to ground, this thing will do nothing to prevent static discharges and will give you false sense of security. The resistor connects your wrist to your wrist... what exactly will that do? - nothing of course. Don't believe me, watch this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nvgW5iWXbts

I ordered the JOOX strap for under £2 which is less than half compared the first item when you search for 'anti-static wrist strap', which was the LUPO one. I don't know what were the difference but surely it's just a device to eliminate any static within me.
This has high quality build and the elastic strap which you can tighten for comfort but for me as a large-ish person, it's no need.
The coil stretches well over 1 metre so should be plenty for all your computing needs.
Like in the images, it's a crocodile clip connector.
But remember, you cannot solely rely on an antic-static strap when building a computer, at every key points such as handling the CPU or the motherboard, touch the metal computer case or something metal to rid any static.

I bought one of these to replace an older one that I lost.
For the very modest outlay it's an essential purchase for a pc builder/servicing. It's not worth risking component damage with static electricity when you can buy one of these for such a low price.

The wrist strap is adjustable and feels comfy enough, the cable is partly coiled and extends over 3 ft in total giving you plenty of length when you need it. You can simply unclip the cable from the wired crocodile clip if you need to move away from where you are working. After a while you don't even notice you are wearing the Anti static strap. I've worn this for hours and it's not uncomfortable at all.

Don't take chances with static electricity this is high up the buy list for anyone working with computers on a regular basis.

How this product is made to this quality and delivered for this price I don't know. I do know that the wrist strap is comfortable, practical and does exactly what it says on the tin. Delivered fast and well wrapped. If you are doing any PC upgrade work, you cannot go wrong with this item.

The actual product is good quality, especially for the price (£0.83 at the time) but it took so long to arrive that I had already built the PC as I grew tired of waiting. I ordered it on the 16th of June and it still hadn't arrived by the 12th of July...

This has protected me from frying my motherboard which is great. I paid a greater price so I could get it on prime which turns out I didn't need to do since I ordered PC parts much later on. It would be great if this product came with instructions which was not the case, it just comes inside a plastic bag.

You need to make sure the clip is very secure because if you leave it in an upright position, moving your arm to stretch the coil can pull the clip off of whatever it is attached to.

Ordered it, sent through normal post at Christmas time, i was thinking here we go take the money and dont bother but it came fast given the time of year. I guess it works as all my electronics are still working perfectly, i did a SSD upgrade in a macbook. Defo recommend as the service worked for me at a verybusy posting period and so does the product especially at this price for less thana quid gives you great peace of mind when you have you hands in expensive(and not so expensive) equipment.

Finally got round to getting an anti-static wristband and as the cheap price of this was, I wasn't expecting much. But was happily surprised, as it has been working well for me for over a month now with no wear. If your going to be handling electronics I would highly recommend getting one of these as just one static discharge could kill most electronics and for the price of this there is no point taking the risk.
