I read a lot of reviews before deciding on the Brother DCp7070W. It looked very good on paper - and it's brilliant in real life. Extremely easy to set up, it was on the wifi in no time (so you can put it anywhere there's an electrical outlet). Clean, crisp, and fast double-sided printing. Copying is intuitive, and scanning just requires software to be installed on one or more of the home computers. I don't think it's excessively noisy, though we do have it in a cupboard..

Delivery was fast. The printer is as described both size and functions. Nice quality printing. Easy to set up wireless. I can't fault it yet, had it about a month. I looked at all the printers in this cost bracket and this was the one which stood out. Prints duplex, wireless, flatbed scanner, you can get cheaper toners for it and it is small compared to others. Fully recommend it.

Bought this machine to print A6 & A4 pages, which is does by changing the set up and the guides, fine, HOWEVER both the toner and the drum have a set page-life before they need to be replaced and by printing A6 pages I've only used a quarter of what I would have used had I printed the same thing 4-up on an A4 page.
The result, frequently changing the toner before I believe it's necessary and after 11,500 pages on my 12,000 page drum it wants to be replaced.
My advice if you're wanting to print smaller documents, have a good search around before buying this machine.
My only other nag is that it tells you have wonderfully fast the machine is and how quickly it prints, but omits to tell you that after every 20 odd pages it stops and the fan cuts in, for a quite a while which my old machine never did, so over all if you're printing say 50+ pages at a time it's no quicker when you take the stops into account.
Other than that it's a good machine and if it wasn't or these points above I would have given it 4 or 5 stars.
