Excellent machine - kiss the diet goodbye!

Makes the best ice cream you have ever tasted from the simplest ingredients. I've only tried the eggless recipe (just cream, milk, sugar & vanilla extract) and the results are superb. Whack a few extras in (chopped up Ripples & hazelnuts, Raspberry and white chocolate, or tonight's recipe, coconut & chocolate buttons) and you have a tastebud tingling treat.
Using the amounts listed in the recipe leaflet, your ice cream will be ready in about 20 minutes. The machine is solid as a rock and very easy to use. You can take the lid off to add ingredients during churning - other machines I've looked at make you add them through a small opening. The only fiddly (OK, impossible!) thing is to take the beater out before you scoop out the ice cream, as recommended in the instructions. With your fingers covered in slippery ice cream you can't get a grip on the thing at all, so I just scoop round the beater until I can a better grip on it.
The machine is BIG, so make sure you have enough worktop space, or cupboard space to store it, but be careful about moving it as you have to leave the refrigerant to settle for several hours if it's been moved (12 hours if it hasn't been kept the right way up, as when it was delivered to me upside down.)
If you love ice cream you really HAVE to get this machine. And you'll probably have to buy clothes a size larger too!
