5.0 out of 5 stars The Happiest Song You'll Hear All Year
This song should be everyone's alarm tune - you'll wake up happy and singing, as this song is just too joyous for you not to!

The second (if you count Time of My Life) "single" from Patrick Wolf's 2011 album Lupercalia tells us that he hates to see us cry, and attempts to lighten your day with an occasional trumpet flurry and lyrics about not letting the city destroy your love. The second (if you count Time of My Life) "single" from Patrick Wolf's 2011 album Lupercalia tells us that he hates to see us cry, and attempts to lighten your day with an occasional trumpet flurry and lyrics about not letting the city destroy your love. Aww. Not quite reaching the glitter-bright heights of The Magic Position, the single shows a slightly more mature Patrick discussing love but the lack of B-sides available to purchase (non-7 inch) is a real disappointment as Patrick used to be King of the B-Side. See this for what can be achieved in the PWolf B-side realm >> Penzance
4/5 for the song
2/5 for the single as a whole (I don't really want more than one remix!)
So it had to average 3/5 I'm afraid.
