Picked up a Zeppelin Air at an Apple store only to get it home and find it die with the dreaded flashing red led of death. BW support is pretty good and they were quick to acknowledge a hardware fault so back it went, only to get another faulty unit. So insist the Apple store get it out of the box and check it out on a Mac before leaving the store - windows firmware updater is broken.
The Apple store made plenty of excuses about not having the time or space or power sockets to check out third party products but be very persistent, get a manager and eventually they'll give in rather than face a faulty return later in the day.
But should you be lucky enough to get a working unit, excellent sound quality!v Same about the atrocious user interface, could do with an iPhone app for initial setup!
