Everything is here but 1812 overture, however it is still lots for the money,Q1 who is Hugo Alfven? Q2 what does Mantovani and Alfven have in common?
Answer;Swedish Rhapsody, Music it seems is slowly putting Sweden on the map, in the past the big American and Russian orchestras have had a field day
with Tchaikovsky's full throttle exciting music, however these recordings from Gothenburg are clean, very sincere, and musical, the rest depends on the
quality of your HiFi equipment,I suppose a good pair of headphones connected direct to your commputer would also be a satisfactory option.

For the price it's difficult to fault this album. All the symphonies and an excellent selection of Orchestral work, so I'm probably nit-picking by saying it's a shame the 1812 overture is missing. Given what's on the album, though, and for the price it's one not to be missed
