getting to grips with my new phone my first touch screen bit heavy handed at first but getting use to it supose its part of the fun of getting something new butvery impressed so far one problem i have encountered is that whilst playing the radio the radio goes of and the phone calls a number(phanthom call)very strange. alan liverpool uk

If all you want is mp3, phone and an average camera? its an OK phone. If however you want to surf the web or install apps? then forget it. The first thing you will see is Samsung Apps website saying this phone isnt supported. The apps you can get are limited and the actual web browsing on this phone is useless. Everytime you try and go to a website not specifically designed for mobiles (GPRS) it will say "not enough memory". This is because even with a 8Gb card in it the phone memory is too small. You will spend ages telling it to use the 8Gb card you just bought but it doesnt work. The internal memory of any phone you buy is crucial to how many games, contacts, apps and surfing it can do.

The phone looks nice, the touch screen is OK, but with this surfing issue and memory let down forget it. I went for an HTC instead..

Nice looking phone with decent specs including wifi. However the touch screen is absolutely dire. I have small fingers but i find it impossible to type accurately or quickly. Its not actually a pressure sensitive screen but one that detects the electrostatic from your finger. Consequentally a stylus or a pen won't work either. It's ok as a phone but if you want to use it for texting or IMing, you'll find it an impossible experience.

My son loves his new phone. He like the ringtones, weight, size, games and the wifi. It was not very expensive either.

the item was opened before and does not seem to be new. the phone itself also seems to be a knock off. i'm from the Chicago, if it was not so difficult i would have returned it...
