5.0 out of 5 stars Simple, practical, profound, 27 Jan. 2012
This great little book is a continuation of Thich Nhat Hanh's previous book Peace Is Every Step: The Path of Mindfulness in Everyday Life

I found it very simple to understand. The techniques described, if put into practice on a daily basis are potentially life changing.

I recommend this book to all, but especially to those who lead a busy daily schedule and are looking for a deeper sense of peace and meaning in their lives.

5.0 out of 5 stars Peace is Every Breath@ A Practice For Our Busy Lives, 1 April 2013

Like Present Moment, Wonderful Moment this takes everyday actions and brings meaning to them by the method of a short gatha, verse and a commentary. We all perform certain actions each day often mechanically and we can transform the most mundane aspects of our daily life and give them as much attention as we do with our meditation practice. Indeed Thich Nhat Hanh's teaching is that the ordinary aspects of our life are as important as seated meditation. We are not doing this action in order to get it over with and on to the next 'thing' that action is important and sacred in its own right. So it is helpful to have a path through our lives and become aware of what we are doing rather than being on automatic pilot or lost in thought. A helpful, practical and poetic book.

Yet again Thay has written a wonderful practical book, which can be read over and over until fully absorbed. Thoroughly recommended as a guide to daily practise.
