This is a lovely toy that has just the right look, weight, texture and packaging to amuse children and toddlers. But why did the manufacturer decide to wrap each egg individually in clear cellophane (to protect the soft rubber surface), BUT chose to stick a bar code label directly on the egg and not on the wrapping? The labels were a nightmare to peel off, leaving traces of glue so tough to remove, it took me an afternoon of soaking the eggs in warm water and working gently so that I wouldn't damage the surface. And yet some of the eggs now have mini ink stains. What a silly, silly mistake!!! It's a shame because it still is a great toy.

Excellent purchase. They look like the real thing. Put the fake eggs into a real egg carton. Then either (1) pretend to trip and drop them on someone, or, better again (2) take two out of the box and ask the person if they'd like a couple of fried eggs, then throw them at the person. It's great to see the way there face & bodies "cringe", as they anticipate being covered in yoke.
