4.0 out of 5 stars Well Worth it
I wasn't expecting much when I first purchase the phone . To be honest , I bought it because it was cheap . I had it for a week now and the battery has been amazing , the features are brilliant for the price . I really like the fake call feature where you can initiate a fake call to get away from unwanted conversations . Only thing to note though , the numpads are not so...

3.0 out of 5 stars cheap phone but poor display
i got mine from tesco store for £9.99.

it falls down in only one area -- the screen display.

it is small and the text does not stand out aginst the background.

there are three wallpapers with no choice of a plain screen.

this phone is great value if you are happy with the screen display.

have since purchased a nokia...

I really like the fake call feature where you can initiate a fake call to get away from unwanted conversations . If you want a phone to make calls & text, without the gadgetry you usually don't need, put this one at the top of your list.

If all you require is a phone for any network, then this is your man.

Cheap as chips and very basic but does what it says on the tin and the battery lasts forever.... well two weeks on standby and still showing three out of five bars.
Do make sure when you are transferring a Sim card that you have saved your contacts onto the Sim itself and not just on to the phone or you will have to get typing all over again
Very slim, small phone and yes you can get it a couple of pounds cheaper from Tesco but they will charge you £3.00 for two to five day delivery whereas Amazon have free three to five day delivery.

You pays your money and makes your choice!

I suppose this is almost a disposable phone.........

5.0 out of 5 stars Exactly what it says on the tin!, 9 Nov 2011

I bought this phone as a replacement for my much loved iphone as I lost it and didn't have insurance. My contract is due to give me a shiny new iphone 4s in 3 weeks so I thought i'd buy something to tide me over. It's fantastic!! I ordered it and it came literally the next day with standard delivery. It's very light and probably quite breakable but it makes calls and sends texts and even has a free game of bejeweled on it!

It was exactly what I needed and for £12.50 almost put the £500 and something pounds iphone to shame. When my iphone comes I will no doubt be going back to that but if it ever breaks again or I'd going to a festival I will definately use it. That's the other thing the battery lasts for up to 5 days without charge! Pretty good if I do say so myself!

Very good little phone, just wish I could work out how to use the fake caller option!

have since purchased a nokia c1-02 which has a far superior in this respect.

====================

NB.

this is a dual band phone - works on the 900 and 1800 bands.

these cover nearly all the world except most of the americas.

dont let the phone shops con you into buying a fancy triband or quadband phone that you dont need.

this phone will do most of the world.

Great product for the price, if all that is needed is a robust, basic phone without unnecessary applications. The phone works well and fits easily into any pocket.
