13 Jan 12 UPDATE SINCE MY REVIEW BELOW
I have since validated the code. It was on line 1 rather than line 2 as Sony instructed.
So, it is not Amazon's fault but Sony's :-)
Amazon, you have continued to deliver top notch quality as always.

OK, the packaging looks the real mccoy.
On the face of it, it looks exactly like the original sony SF-32NX.
On closer examination, there are subtle variations from that displayed on the sony website.
I may be wrong but something doesnt add up.
Sony product at this link:
[...]

Difference 1
Amazon product states "Read Up To 22MB/S"
Sony product states "Read Up To 20MB/S"

Difference 2
Amazon product front package does not state Expert Series
Sony product front package displays in red font Expert Series

Difference 3
The serial number at the back of the card should contain SF-serial number.
on the back of the product bought from Amazon, the product number is clearly not at the back.

Difference 4
The free software that is available for download at [...] is requesting an 11 digit alphanumeric download code.
According to instruction, this code is in the second line at the back of the card.

Well, at the back of the card i bought from Amazon, there is a 13 digit alphanumeric code starting with TFSI followed by 9 digits. This code is not passing validation hence I cannot download the free sftware.

Very annoying.

Sony and Amazon, what on earth is going on here?

5.0 out of 5 stars Works in my PRS-650, 17 May 2013

I've got an old PRS-650 ebook reader and it works in that so I can't complain.

There were varying reports of other 32GB cards that might work in the PRS-650, but only this card was on Sony's site, and thankfully was only a slight premium over other cards to guarantee it worked.

5.0 out of 5 stars SONY CLASS 10 SD CARD, 8 Sep 2012
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
Bought for my Sony HDR-CX350 video camera, as they are much cheaper than Sony Memory Stick. Sony MSHX8B 8GB Flash Memory Card without adaptor
I get between 40-45mins HD Video on each card at the highest setting, they download onto my mac no problem.

I also bought Hama fancy SD Card case to hold them, no problems holding them if put in correctly Hama Fancy Case to Hold 8 SD/MMC
