Great Gift Item. Looks much more effective hung on the wall than in the box. If you are a Dali fan, it is a must

Salvdor Dali Style Melting Clock
I saw a 'melting' clock in a shop and later thought one would be fun in our house somewhere. I sent for this item from Amazon and in their usual efficient way it was delivered quickly. On opening the package I was at first disappointed as it looked very cheap. I had read the reviews and knew this was not an expensive item and read that it looked better when hanging on...

We gave this as a gift to a clock aficionado and he LOVED it. While it IS plastic and the ring on the top is immovable, it really doesn't matter in actual use. Surrealists will understand its value.

I saw a 'melting' clock in a shop and later thought one would be fun in our house somewhere. I sent for this item from Amazon and in their usual efficient way it was delivered quickly. On opening the package I was at first disappointed as it looked very cheap. I had read the reviews and knew this was not an expensive item and read that it looked better when hanging on the wall -- it didn't! I returned the clock and received a full refund but I was left with a feeling I was not as 'cool' as I thought I was. I am 73 so perhaps this was just not my thing!
