When the whole fridge/freezer decided to defrost itself it may have been nice to have known that Samsung have some issues and if I had just turns the mains on and off it would have probably started working again!

When i phoned Samsung as apologetic as they were over me losing an entire freeze and fridge contents the best they could offer was £50 compensation as a "good will gesture" which doesn't even cover the cost in the fridge,

As a single mum just after Christmas I really could not afford to replace the lost food items especially having stocked up for Christmas and new year.

After sales team from Samsung hardly proffesional and will never purchase another Samsung product ever again.]
