A very slim cable for connecting to the router and PC/TV/Consule equipment.

I have used them for connecting the router to computers.

Living in an old period property it was not possible to fit these under the carpet as they were designed.

However they are thin enough to pass through the door mounting without any ill effect.

I have used them attached to the picture rail then through the door opening on the hinge side and back to the picture rail on the other side. Where the cable actually passes though the door housing it has shaped itself to the right "angles" when the door is closed and has held that shape without the need for additional fixings and without any damage to the cable itself. The door still closes properly as the cable fits snuggly between the door and jam in that small gap that all doors have as a result there was no need to drill through the door jam or wall.

The cable itself seems very strong with tough but felxible platsic covering.

Can highly recommend if you need to connect router to PC etc over a distance as it is thing enough to fit virtually anywhere

Lead works really well and is thin enough to hide well at the top of the skirting board. Definitely recommend.

Inobtrusive data cable that now lies under my carpet. Reduces complaints from the domestic manager about the "number of wires". Good quality with reduced earache.

I bought this for a friend. The packaging the cable arrived in was a lot smaller and lighter than I expected. The flat profile of the cable allowed me to lay this under their lounge carpet (with no bump) and put the carpet back exactly as was laid and you cannot tell there is any cable underneath. The product exceeded my expectations and the performance of the cable is excellent. I bought this length of cable from "World of Data" and soon after bought a 20m length from "sourcingmap" for myself.

BT Infinity - thought my days of slow broadband were over. Not the case - tried everything including changing channels on router, changing the position of router, repeaters etc.... Download speed sometimes dropped to 5mb/s. Bought this lead - even without any securing pins etc it fits into skirting boards or any crevice that you can find - in a bit of time it was virtually unnoticeable. Plugged into USB docking station and ran a speed test - 65 mb/s. Don't have to say much more!

I used this to run a network cable from my router upstairs, down to my western digital tv live box at my tv as my wireless signal was intermittent. It was easy to run as it is flat and easy to put under carpet. I would recommend this to anyone wishing to run network cables in their house.
