I ordered this piece of equipment because it just about fell into my price range and I was training for my first half marathon. I am not always able to get outside to run and wanted to find a treadmill that would enable me to train more regularly at home.

This one has been great for the price. It was delivered very quickly and was well packaged. I had to assemble it on my own which I found a little difficult and would have preferred to have some help.

So far, so good! The only thing I would say is that the suspension isn't as good as on other models but this does more accurately reflect road running. It is quiet and I love being able to plug in my music to the speakers on the treadmill itself. It is easy to control and responsive. As a personal preference, I would have liked a more accurate distance counter but it shows increments of 0.1km which is perfectly good enough to let you know how far you have gone.

It hasn't let me down and two weeks ago I completed my half marathon, which is great! It has also helped me to tone up and feel a lot fitter, which was a massive consideration when I bought it. I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

Very hesitant about spending money on any piece of equipment to help me loose weight especially when I can just go for a walk.. However after taking the gamble I must say its the best way I have spent that amount of money in a long while . easy set up , so far very steady even with my weight , to be honest its enjoyable to use .I am working my way thru the 12 programs and be warned after program number 2 they make you sweat but once you get to the end ,the programs are timed but have adjustable speed etc , and your knees stop that wobbly feeling you feel well pleased with yourself. straight into shower and a freshen up ..Floor space is ok not massive need a little space all around , mine is upstairs on a carpet and causes very little noise or vibration downstairs . the delivery men took the item upstairs on delivery on me and you just have to feed a cable thru a support leg this cable connects the computer screen to the electrics, motor etc , and bolt the support legs to the running track ..easy take a deep breath and away you go So far very happy and don;t regret spending the money ... want one? buy it

We purchased this runner as we didn't want to spend vast amounts of money. There were no reviews when we bought it but the other branx runners had good reviews so went for it.. It is a good basic runner. The running belt is a little narrow and there is no auto incline/decline. The programs are ok but we found a lot of them were just to slow for us. We had a problem with a few of the buttons on the console. The manager of the company was fantastic and prompt in dealing with our E-Mails. We decided than rather than exchange for another identical runner we paid a little more and went for the 18kph runner.
This runner is in a totally different league. Would suggest anyone who is not sure to go for this. It has a much bigger running deck, Very bouncy and smooth running with automatic incline/decline. Fabulous programs. It does have a fan but it is a bit rubbish! We have bought a floor standing fan! Speakers for MP3 not great but work fine, we tend to use headphones anyway. Pulse monitor - as with all running machines it seems to do its own thing! but ok as a guideline. Easy to put together we did it in less than an hour.
Company - excellent Peter (manager) responded very promptly when sorting out our problem.

This treadmill was for as present and unfortunately it was not wanted. We have, therefore, never used the machine but I'd like to comment about Branx Fitness. Customer service was excellent throughout, delivered when they said, no quibble about return, collected when they said, complete refund and always answered emails straight away. If you are going to buy a treadmill I can certainly recommend them as a company.

The Branx Fitness 16Kph Treadmill is excellent. It looks great, feels strong and does the job perfectly.
I'm about 18 stone and it moves me without any problems. I'm truly pleased with it's price and what it can do.

Also, Branx Customer Service was outstanding!!!! I had a couple of problems with the item when I first received it,
which were resolved ASAP. Believe me when I say... Good product, excellent service!!!
