This book was definitely worth the money. It is a good old fashioned love story with a sprinkling of fairy.

I'm a sucker for fantasy fiction and the chick lit it sometimes contains. The fairies here are a bit more ferocious and the story, well it is a bit more fantastical than I usually read, but so what? I like Valerie Douglas, she has no pretensions to high brow fantasy and writes a goodish story with a happy ending here. I shall read more of her stuff I am sure, and thank you Amazon for bargain books that sometimes find me a good author.

So heartbreaking at places in the story. I love how those characters stood by each other's through all sort of crisis showing love, friendship and loyalties.

4.0 out of 5 stars Love the epic tale and love story..., 6 Dec 2012

I love the storyline especially the period which the author painted in this book. I can understand everyone's frustration over the repetition of how Morgan feels about Kyriay. But it didn't deter me to put this book down as the politics of the whole kingdom was fascinating and intriguing in my opinion. The fairy fantasy was a breath of fresh air especially when werewolves are the bad guys here instead of them being the usual hero of the story.

4.0 out of 5 stars Worth the money, 2 Mar 2012
This review is from: Song of the Fairy Queen (Kindle Edition)
I really enjoyed this book, at first I was not sure as a lot of spelling mistakes and a few parts did not make sense, but once I got into the book it did not matter, as this book kept me going I coiuld not put it down, it has everything adventure romance sorrow and laughter, it is a book worth reading and the characters are great you really get to know them.
If you like fantasy you will really enjoy this.
Only reason i did not give it 5 stars was because of the spelling mistakes.
