omg i actually love this when i first done it it was fun and it still. most fitness dvds get boring and you feel like you dont want to do it eney more but this one is just AMAZING!! i go on it everyday when i come home from skl and i just love it and i actually feel better in myself but the most thing is that your having fun and geting fit at the same time haha ilovediversity :)<3

If you're a fan of Diversity and love dancing, this is definitely worth buying. It's so good, routine is quite hard but with practice anyone can pick it up.

Hard to follow dance steps, not really an excerise dvd, but good to watch but sadly not for excerise, shame.

Makes me wish I was 50 years younger so I could so I could street dance too! As it is I have to make do with watching Diversity and my grandchildren make it look so spectacular.

Purchased as a gift for my daughter who is a dance fanatic and she loves it. Great gift for all Diversity fans out there!

This video is excellent! The dance exercises are brilliant, clear and easy to follow. Ashley Banjo is an excellent teacher.

It was as described and i would recommend people who are into this product and would like some thing like this.

I was really excited when I ordered this but was so disappointed. I have been belly and swing dancing for years so thought that this would be a nice addition, and that a DVD 'taster' would be a good way to try it out. I chose the Diversity DVD because they are really well known and I like their routines. However, this DVD is atrocious. The diversity guys fly through the instructions waaaay too quickly and the cameras constantly change angles, often not showing you what the chaps are actually doing with their feet. It wouldn't be impossible to do this routine but it is very very frustrating and I would say buy a different DVD...

This DVD works on the idea that you learn the dance routines first, then exercise using those moves. Problem is, if you get your gym clothes on ready to do a workout, it takes an additional 30 minutes or so before you can even start, maybe longer depending on how quick you learn the moves in the tutorials. To make things worse, it comes in three sections, so if you wanted to exercise to the whole DVD, it would take about 1 1/2 hours before you could. The fitness routines are too overly complicated with all the dance elements, and there are better dance inspired fitness DVDs around. The second DVD is great if you just want to learn some dance moves without the fitness, but to be honest, it's so short it isn't really worth the money.

The routines were taught very fast. However, he makes the point you can rewind! saves time I suupose.
The boys are amazing dances, but dancing a long is wicked.
In dance videos I always get confused, because they are facing me - do I do the opposite leg? I think there should be a routine where they have their backs to us and teach us like that!
Apart from that, I loved the routines - very inspiring!
