Thought this game would be ideal as I have a huge interest in Mythology especially the 3 covered in this game. Not sure why it has taken me so long to play it! Graphics as you'd expect from a 2002 game. I played the main campaign on hard setting for most levels and although it had it's challenges I rarely needed to reset a level because I was being defeated. AI isn't particularly smart and travel in the same numbers along the same paths which made it quite predictable. You could block 2 out of 3 points of entry to your settlement and the enemy will only attack at the remaining entry point making that the only 1 to defend.
Myth units are fun but in most levels there's no need to progress too far through the ages so I missed out using half of them. I would have tried MP which I am sure the game would come in to it's own but I think it's been too long for ppl to still be playing. It has classic strategy game mechanics which work, some of the level designs are uninspiring and others are great, the titans expansion is 'meh' nothing too taxing and only 12 levels doesn't feel like it adds anything substantial.
