I brought this album having seen Jimmy Cliff on the Jools Holland show and really enjoying his performance. It reminded me that this is truly the father of reggae even being an influence on Bob Marley and his music. As I awaited its arrival the main track started to be used in an advertising campaign although in a very different style. So now I was constantly humming this tune and looked forward to its delivery. I would like to say that upon its arrival I have not stopped playing it but on the day it got here my husband stole it. He has sneaked it off to the car and I have yet to hear it fully myself. Now my husband can be found driving around with reggae blaring out and I wonder if I will ever be able to retrieve it or if I shall have to buy another copy. I would recommend this album (what I have heard) if you love reggae, this is the roots sound. Jimmy Cliff is a total professional and an amazing entertainer - if you love reggae add this to your collection, you won't regret it.
