4.0 out of 5 stars A Good Read
This is a good read, it follows on well from the previous book in the series, but from Tezzeret's journey, it is a little hard to follow at times due to the style of writing (going backwards and forwards in time from chapter to chapter) and all the clockworking, but I do recommend this book.

A really good continuation of Agents of Artifice where we get to follow Tezzeret instead of Jace. The scenery is really good. Goes deep in the "time-travel"-concept and does a good job in explaining it. The book falls short when it comes to the dialogue, it drags the book down by a lot. The dialogue makes the book feel like a some sort of sitcom where every single character has to have a witty or unnessecerely cocky response. This might be a personal taste, but I would prefer if the dialogue was more like Agents of Artifice, more serious. Much potential wasted. Still a really good book if you can endure the dialogue.
