Top critical review
annoying and irritating but not too bad

An enjoyable book. This time I was prepared to write a good review, as this book is quite enjoyable at the beginning, and it’s the type of book that you can’t put it down. The characters are well described, the places also. And you just imagine yourself being there. But, honestly, why do all main female characters in many books have such an “excellent” character, to the point to make you feel you are reading the story of a saint? The main character is so perfect in every way. It really got to my nerves. I had to jump paragraphs and pages just for not to read the character being described as extremely, extremely nice!!! What is that? And what is with the sanctitfying of this main character? She is like a “saint”!!! Everyone, without exception, loves her. Including men and women. The character seems very arrogant, stubborn to the point of disrespecting others. Annoying! It is a shame that the book is a good reading, but the main character. If others in the book fall in love with her, I, for an instant, despised her. Awwww so caring towards some, and so spiteful towards others. She’s rude and ungrateful. Though, almost everyone who meets her, loves her straight away. Okay, she has, sometimes, good manners. But her “thank yous” and “pleases” do absolutely nothing to her horrible arrogance. And many times she doesn’t even say ‘thank you’ or ‘please’ because she wants to do HER way. If people don’t agree with me, that’s certainly because they match that character. The main female characters in some books are always “PERFECT!!!” and extremely arrogant!!!! Too much perfection in one person is very irritating and unrealistic. In this book everyone fall in love with her. Men are all proposing to her. Unrealistic. When reading a book or wathcing a film, you just don’t want to think that it’s not reality, otherwise you will see them in a very different way. This book has a good storyline. But could have been written in a different way. It's too predictable. In the end I found the book annoying and irritating. What’s with that character? Is it a saint, or what?? She made me irritated for being soooo “perfect” and extremely rude, arrogant and ungrateful.
