This is a quality product but you have to pay for that quality. So far though I always come back to it as others I've tried just don't match up. I use it mainly to ease arthritis and can tell the difference when on cheaper types or worse if I run out! If it helps my cholesterol and other health issues as well then that's a bonus!
IMPORTANT. According to my research Turmeric isn't water soluble, it's fat soluble so has to be taken with food or drink that will provide this.
At time of writing it is a little cheaper from Amazon sellers than Pukka themselves.

I can't recommend Organic Turmeric highly enough, I had really bad joint pains, this has just taken all of the pain away.
Has loads of other health benefits as well.

it is messy to take, you have to take it 20 mins befor a meal with warm water, why I do not know, and it just ends up with you missing it all the time in the end I just took it with the rest of my supplements. I would not buy it again. I was surprised because everything else I have bought from them has been really good. But this is a very difficult supp to buyh because there is a lot of talk about whether it is easily absorbed or not, and what the difference between this one and others is almost impossible to discern. What the difference is between the average Turmuric and the stuff you get from other organic Turmeric is never properly explained, as far as I can see, and i just feel like I am being ripped off. If anyone can help me in this matter I would be very gratefull, as I amconvinced that it is a very good thing to t6ake as the benefits are excellent. I have just taken delivery of 500 gr. for £8,79, guaranteed organic, so what else is wrong with it, as opposed to ppaying considerably more for less than that?
