Classic crime in short story form
on 23 August 2007
This is a collection of mysteries, featuring Lord Peter Wimsy and Montague Egg amongst others. The format lends itself to quick solutions and explanations of dastardly crimes, drawing heavily on logic and knowledge of human nature, and hence the dedicated mystery fan may find a lack of suspense. However, it's a handy collection with a dash of humour throughout - the opening scene, of Wimsey at the dentist, is hilarious.
