Very solid, excellent design. It's really a good card holder if your main concern is keeping the cards safe, and you are going to a place where you need your cards to be kept damp-proof and crush-proof. Only downside is that it's quite heavy (weights a bit too much for such a small item in my opinion, even though this is done to guarantee maximum protection I presume).

The case provides storage for eight SD cards in numbered slots. Cards are easy to remove from the slots but that is a double edged sword; they can work loose when the case is carried around so you need to be careful whilst opening, particularly if outside else your precious photographs may disappear down a rabbit hole or off the edge of a cliff. This problem is lessened when the case is full as the cards on opposite sides help to hold each other in place, even so, one or more will still work loose if you happen to drop the case.

Overall, I still liked the case sufficiently to buy a second for my Dad to take on holiday and I prefer it to the other one I own where the cards are held so securely in place I need to use a key to remove them from their slots.

This storage box ("tote"?) is a hard case with a thick rubber rubber lining. There are eight recesses for SD cards: the slight "give" of the rubber ensures the SD cards fit snugly and are retained securely. The two catches keep the box closed well enough, but might break off after extended use. The box will keep eight cards as safe as is possible with any portable storage this small. Though I don't propose to try it, I think cards inside would survive the box being run over. What more could you want? Is it worth the money? Definitely!

This is really well made and rugged. Each of the 8 compartments is numbered. I number my cards and I also make a list of their contents and keep all my cards even when they are full in this case as an extra backup. Card are so cheap now its hardly worth formatting and reuseing when they are full and could easily be lost if not in a case. Excellent service

Great protection for 8 SD cards. The spaces for the cards are numbered which is handy if you number your SD cards.

The case itself offers great protection. It's not waterproof, but have had heavy rain on it and it kept the card dry. You could always put it inside a waterproof bag if needed.

The only thing some might no like is the size. It is bigger than some storage options, but does hold 8 cards and offers impressive protection. Ask yourself this - would I rather have a small, lightweight case and risk loosing the data on the cards, or carry a bit more, knowing my cards will survive - and of course the precious pictures/data on them.

I was pleasantly surprised by this. Got some weight to it, feels very solid and the rubberised holders are ok although in my experience you need to put the security tag side of the card in first and then clip it down as one pocket was a bit tight and ripped the tag out of an 8GB card and one pocket was a little bit loose as well - thus only 4 stars, but otherwise secure. The hinges are all moulded as part of the outer cover so not sure how long they will last but the weather seal seems ok. All in all well happy to secure my 8 SD cards.

I bought one of these to go with my Canon outfit and it has been great. It is relatively solid and robust, although, since I take care of equipment, it did not have to be bomb-proof. It holds eight cards securely in numbered sections, all of which are easy to see when the case is open. I always turn used cards a particular way in the case and so can see instantly which are available for use.

It is an ideal companion for any camera case and, at this price, a bargain. There are many more expensive cases on the market but this sensibly-priced case does everything I want.

This is a sturdy card holder with a solid feel and yet it is quite light. My cards remain in place when I open it up. I am very pleased with it. Would buy another when I have more cards.

As SD cards are the almost universal form of storage for digital cameras, you need some means to store them securely, and in a single location which not every camera bag facilitates. With a collection of different SD cards purchased at different times and from different manufacturers, of which some came with cases but others did not, being able to find one in the bottom of a bag is not always easy or reliable. The loose ones are kept in a case pocket but the design is such that they can be difficult to locate or remove.

With eight numbered receptacles available, if you have several identical cards but keep certain files permanently on one or more and which you do not wish to accidentally reformat, it should be possible with this case to identify those which are completely data free and available for use.

The case is quite solid and heavy and just about crush-proof under normal use. The rubber inserts will keep my SD card collection safe, easy to locate and to insert or remove when needed. I shall buy another for use with a second camera outfit.

Bought this as I thought good idea at the time but on using it I don't, might as well put card in a matchbox as that what seem to happen every time I use it all the cards fall out and are being shaken around would not recommend 1/10
