Johnny Damon's book takes us on a brief but none-the-less interesting journey through his life so far, unsurprisingly focusing mainly on the Red Sox World Series win of 2004. Thankfully, from my perspective, it is mainly about baseball, only glossing over his personal life where he feels it is appropriate. There are a few stand-out highlight's along the way, his views on drug use certainly interested me.
There is a lot about the Red Sox so unless you are a Boston (or Johnny Damon) fan than this book is probably not for you. If you are a fan it is certainly worth a read.
