Upon glancing "Swarovski AB Crystal Heart stone on fine chain" and the price, I was over the moon. However, I should've known (but my naivety got the best of me) that the price was too good to be true for a proper Swarovski crystal. I only realised this when the product reached me - I was so disappointed. The chain is not fine and the crystal was crystal glass. But the seller does mention that the crystal heart is a 'Swarovski Crystal Component' so it is really my fault for hastily purchasing this item. However, in saying that, the pictures of the necklace really do make it look much better than it is in real life.

Bought this item along with the matching earrings for a friends daughter. My mother saw them and immediately decided she was going to have them and could I order another set. As a result Ive now ordered 3 sets, 1 matching bracelet to this item and cant say how pretty these items are. I will most definitely look for further items in the future.

Beautiful pendant, looked exactly as presented on the photo, though the chain seemed to be a bit too thick compared to the size of the heart but still very pleased with this purchase. Delivery was very quick

I got this along with the earrings as a mothers day gift and I thought it was beaitiful, so much so that I have just purchased some for myself! The only negative this I would say it the clasp on the necklace didn't feel very secure but that may have just been a slight defect on the one I got. Another beautiful necklace. Looks gorgeous. Chain isnt too thin but its still nice. Not the 1st one ive bought, makes a lovely present for a mum, daughter, sister, friend etc and an excellent price!

Beautiful crystal heart on a fine chain- yes it is! But the chain isnt as fine as it says in the desciption.it is a sturdy strong chain and it is around my daughters neck as i speak. She loves it! The dainty crystal compliments any outfit. Buy one for your loved one,your daughter or for yourself!

I bought this for a friend and she seems happy with every aspect of the stone and chain, which was my intention.

All seems fine and it was delivered well in time.

Bought this as a Birthday gift, and she absolutely loved it..It's very pretty and delicate looking, and looks really expensive!..Thinking of purchasing the matching earrings as a gift for the same person, for Xmas..Would Defiantly Recommend!

pretty sparkly heart that's just the right size on a lovely shiny chain, very nice and perfect to wear everyday. Not cheap looking, and well worth the price. also came in a lovely gift box if you buy it for a present..... but you won't want to part with it unless you buy another!!!
