5.0 out of 5 stars 3 man pop-up tent,
This review is from: 2 SECONDS III GREEN (Misc.)I purchased a 3 man version of this tent. Camped in heavy rain & gail force winds on boggy ground in the hebrides & this tent was superb. we were snug & dry & a 3 man tent gives us plenty of room for two of us. The inner is a big plus. The tent was up & pegged in a matter of minutes. A word of advice, practice at home packing the tent away until you're happy with it, it is a knack, easy when you know how!! Think of quarts in pint bottles!! and it's more tricky when wet. Still, it's a great little tent.

4.0 out of 5 stars Easy to put away after the first few tries,
This review is from: 2 SECONDS III GREEN (Misc.)I have the 3 second air version of this tent. This is a great tent that fits a double inflatable mattress in it with space for a rucksack, It has a double door (acts as a fly screen).
This tent is a 3 man tent but I would suggest that it is more like a 2 man tent with space for rucksacks. As a 1 man tent it was great.
It has a double skin.
It has pockets on both sides of the bedroom and a hook for your lantern.
I have used it in heavy rain and moderate winds and it held up well with no leaks and absolutely no condensation.
The colour of my one was biscuit and wasn't that good at keeping the light out (but most tents are like that anyway) When packed away it looked like a huge digestive biscuit and when you wear it on your back you look like a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle. The diameter of the folded tent is 90cm which is a little big for a small car.
My tent (being the air version)also had side openings with a fly screen to keep it cool which could be adjusted from the inside, unfortunately they could not seal up completely and so even though it was cool during the day, at night time it also got cold and it did not keep in the heat very well. This should not put you off if you are only going to use it in the summer as I didn't exactly suffer with it.
The only real downside to this tent is the lack of any porch area for keeping muddy boots etc. I have just replaced this tent with a Lichfield Yana as it has a large porch area and folds up into a smaller disk.
I feel reluctant to stop using the quechua tent as it has great build quality. It served me very well for the past few years festival use and would do so for many more if I didn't need seperate storage space for trolleys etc

4.0 out of 5 stars Brilliant,
This review is from: 2 SECONDS III GREEN (Misc.)Fantastic. Great for a short camping trip without hands on help around. Literally just pull out of bag, throw up in the air and out it comes. Came with pegs and ties. Would be a squeeze for three, perfect for two. Camped in wet conditions and no leaks. Packing up was a little confusing but once you get the hang of the actions it is sooooo easy. Packed up and in the car within 5 minutes. She is a very welcome addition to the family and takes up no space at all for storage. Marvellous !
5.0 out of 5 stars Great Tent,
This review is from: 2 SECONDS III GREEN (Misc.)This is one of the best tents i've ever bought.
For traveling it is the size of a round bag, and it can be build in 5 minutes. You just need to pop the bag open.
The its a bit difficult to fold it the first time, but if you know how it works you will be finished in 10 minutes.
4.0 out of 5 stars great tent, easy to put up.,
This review is from: 2 SECONDS III GREEN (Misc.)Lovely well built tent. my kids loved it. Lightning fast to put up but a bit more tricky to put away. Worth buying.
5.0 out of 5 stars great tent,
This review is from: 2 SECONDS III GREEN (Misc.)works as advetized . excelent tent. works well on my spanish trip.came well packed. very easy to put up and fold away.
5.0 out of 5 stars Really does take 2 seconds!,
This review is from: 2 SECONDS III GREEN (Misc.)What a joy to be able to put a tent up just by throwing it in the air. Out the bag, quick shake and bingo its up. Tent pegs and guys ropes take 5 mins. This is so much better to the krypton factor puzzle of older style tents with colour poles and a,b,c,d,e,f stages of pitching. Especially useful if need to take shelter quickly or in the dusk - you can't go wrong.
I'd say this is better for 2 people rather than 3, as there is gear to stow in the tent as well (backpacks etc).
There are two pockets each side, and a hook in the roof to hang a light.
Like another reviewer says, you really must practice folding this down before you go. It is a knack, but it's not something you need to learn before you go, or you WILL be carrying a fully assembled tent back with you. There are videos on youtube and manufacturer's web site.
Have used this once and look forward to using again. I tied the tent to back of my backpack and it swung round comfortably under my arm which wasn't too bad. It's a slight compromise as you get quick pitching, but it stows to a quite large circular size which isn't ideal for carrying.
5.0 out of 5 stars Pop-Up Tent,
This review is from: 2 SECONDS III GREEN (Misc.)A good roomy tent for 2, will take 3 at a squeeze. The tent certainly pop-up in seconds much it is a different thing trying to fold it back down. you need to practice to find the technique. was you master it it is reasonably easy. The directions for folding that came with the tent were useless.
