Recieved item, unpacked it. Looked ok. Set about using the item and crack, the plunger snapped. Does not seem to be a very robust piece of kit.

Great item, moved a blockage in a sink that had proved resistant to all previous methods.

This piston type device is only sensible for flat basin drains where you have little space, and can provide a lot of water volume, because it does not provide a decent seal.

A traditional large Rubber plunger is /much/ better for instantly forming a seal, and forcing a lot of water to and fro, and the only thing which works for the uneven wide and deep space in a toilet bowl; seriously this device is useless for toilets!

We struggled with this. It didn't work well unblocking the loo. Ended up calling a plumber anyway!

Truly a waste of time. Handle broke with first use. Would have been far better and more sturdier had the handle been made from solid tubing. Do not purchase this product.

this is a cheap fix for plumbing problems, i had a blocked loo, Tried this pump which fell apart after 5 to 10 minutes. seal came away from top of tube losing suction, the large cup described as for use in toilet pan simply is not flexible enough to create a sufficient seal to build up pressure. would not bother with this frustrating tool. waste of time and money.

Tried it once on a drain and some gooey stuff got sucked into the body, which was very disgusting to wash off. Then I tried it on what I bought it for - a blocked toilet - and the bit that connects the rubber head snapped off...

Seller agreed a return pretty quickly, but considering the hassle, I just threw it in the bin.
