The Powerstroke sent was not the ordered one. The dealer sent the Swim version not the Surf version - telling me it's the same item just different DVD. Kept it anyway (it's a couple of pound cheaper).
Check the version offered before buying (the site gave the surf picture version but was actually the swim version)
Checked out the web for training routines - no problem, found some for surfing & swimming. Both DVD version are also on the web.
The Powerstroke is made with 2x bungee cords attached by plastics clips to webbing hand slings, it seems to be made OK - time will tell.
It's quick & easy to use. Just attach the item onto something VERY SOLID before using. Take up the stretch and work the arms like you would swimming or paddling. Can be used any place a solid anchor point can be found.
Have used the Powerstroke over a few weeks now & it gives a work out if you can't get to the pool or go surfing. You can make it hard or easy by having one or two cords attached. Helps keep the muscle groups working & toned.
Happy with the work outs so far. Not a complete waste of money (if bought at the right price).
Hand weights may give you the same workout until you get to the pool or sea.
